Shipping and Returns


We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase please return your unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise to us within the fifteen (15) days of receiving your items for a refund or a replacement.

Any concerns about returns,please email us at glowhugs@gmail.com and let us know about your reasons for returning the item.

Refunds will be given in the following terms:

  1. You did not receive your order
  2. If the item is significantly different than described or shown on the site


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at glowhugs@gmail.com.
